Iestyn began his publishing career with Advanstar Communications in 1993 rising to the position of Editor- in- Chief and Business Development Director for the applications technology group in the UK. Iestyn assisted by Internet guru Robert Rankin launched one of the company's first magazine websites in 1994. He has also worked for a leading marketing communications firm (TES) that provides consultancy to major companies in the oil and chemical industries. His editorial experience crosses both print and online media.
